May 11, 2016 – Elephant in the room: difficult diversity discussions

Our next workshop will be delivered in partnership with the City of Edmonton.  This will be a highly interactive session, led by Candy Khan, Senior D&I Consultant at the City of Edmonton. Using case studies we will explore the challenges of talking about sensitive topics such as:

  • different languages in the workplace
  • equity versus equality in the workplace
  • gender parity (because it’s 2015!)
  • race (I see no colour)

January 2016 -Inclusion through employment

Thank you to those who joined us at Enterprise Square on January 13th for an informative and interactive presentation on the advantages of inclusive employment and an inside look at a successful case study.

Our panel of speakers from Enbridge, the City of Edmonton, Inclusion Alberta, and Chrysalis, shared their experiences and easy ways to get started with inclusion initiatives. Unfortunately our event was cut short due to a fire alarm.

If you have any more questions for the panelists, please send them to and we will endeavour to answer them on our LinkedIn page.
